BY LEVERAGING ITS NATIONWIDE NETWORK OF LITIGATORS, THE CENTER FOR AMERICAN LIBERTY ZEALOUSLY ADVOCATES ON BEHALF OF INDIVIDUALS WHOSE FIRST AMENDMENT RIGHTS HAVE BEEN CENSORED AND WHO ARE VICTIMS OF ILLEGAL DISCRIMINATION.

IN 2021, THE CENTER FOR AMERICAN LIBERTY SCORED THREE LANDMARK VICTORIES AT THE UNITED STATES SUPREME COURT IN DEFENSE OF RELIGIOUS LIBERTY - TANDON V. NEWSOM, GISH V. NEWSOM, AND SOUTH BAY UNITED PENTECOSTAL CHURCH V. NEWSOM, WHERE IT SERVED AS CO-COUNSEL. THE CENTER FOR AMERICAN LIBERTY LED THE NATION CHALLENGING OVERLY BROAD AND UNCONSTITUTIONAL COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS, INCLUDING ITS CHALLENGE TO THE SHUTDOWN OF BOTH PUBLIC AND PRIVATE SCHOOLS, IN BRACH V. NEWSOM. IN 2021, THE CENTER FOR AMERICAN LIBERTY FOUGHT "BIG TECH" CENSORSHIP IN O'HANDLEY V.
