REPRESENTED INDIGENT CLIENTS CHARGED WITH FELONY CRIMES IN ALL COURTS IN WESTCHESTER INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO COUNSEL AT FIRST ARRAIGNMENTS IN ALL 41 JUSTICE COURTS. APPEAR AT REGULARLY SCHEDULED APPEARANCES IN THE CITY, TOWN, AND VILLAGE JUSTICE COURTS,FOR ALL PURPOSES MISCELLANEOUS HEARINGS AND PRELIMINARY HEARINGS ON FELONY CHARGES. THE SOCIETY REPRESENTS CLIENTS IN THE COUNTY AND SUPREME COURT AND IN ALL THE SPECIALTY PROBLEM SOLVING COURTS IN WESTCHESTER COUNTY AT ALL STAGES OF CRINMINAL DEFENSE, INCLUDING:HEARINGS, PLEA NEGOTIATIONS, SUPPRESSION HEARINGS, COMPLIANCE CALENDARS, TRIAL, APPELLATE, POST-CONVICTION, AND VIOLATIONS OF PROBATION.
