TO SERVE THE COMMON BUSINESS INTEREST OF AGRICULTURAL EMPLOYERS IN ESTABLISHING A CONTINUOUS, RELIABLE AND LEGAL SOURCE OF LABOR. TO PROMOTE, ADMINISTER, AND IMPLEMENT PROGRAMS, POLICIES, AND ACTIVITIES WHICH ENDORSE AND IMPROVE AGRICULTURE AND ANIMAL HUSBANDRY, THROUGH INNOVATIVE, PROGRESSIVE AND RESPONSIVE ENLISTMENT OF ABLE, WILLING AND QUALIFIED WORKERS TO MEET LABOR NEEDS OF PRODUCTION AGRICULTURE. MPAS PROVIDES SERVICES FOR CORRECT AND TIMELY FILING OF REQUIRED GOVERNMENTAL FORMS; EDUCATES EMPLOYER MEMBERS ON COMPLIANCE ISSUES AND COOPERATES WITH OTHER INDUSTRY ASSOCIATIONS IN REPRESENTING INDUSTRY EMPLOYERS.
