TO PROMOTE AND PROTECT THE INTERESTS OF OUR MEMBERSHIP. TO ELEVATE THE MORAL, INTELLECTUAL, AND SOCIAL CONDITIONS OF ALL AIRCRAFT TECHNICIANS AND AIRLINE SUPPORT PERSONNEL IN THE AVIATION COMMUNITY. TO ENCOURAGE A HIGHER STANDARD OF SKILL, RAISE THE STANDARDS, AND INCREASE THE RECOGNITION OF AIRCRAFT TECHNICIANS.

DURING 2021 THE ORGANIZATION REPRESENTED APPROXIMATELY 3,701 AIRCRAFT MECHANICS WORKING AT THREE DIFFERENT AIRLINES. ITS PURPOSE IS TO REPRESENT THE AIRCRAFT TECHNICIANS AND RELATED EMPLOYEES IN DEALINGS WITH THEIR EMPLOYERS AND GOVERNMENT AGENCIES.
