THIS IS AN ASSOCIATION OF MEN WHO ARE ORGANIZED UNDER THE AUSPICES OF FREEMASONRY AND SEEK TO PROMOTE FRATERNALISM IN THE RESPECT OF GOD.

THE PROGRAMS, TOOLS AND PROCESSES ARE MEMBERSHIP FOCUSED AND SUPPORT THE OPERATIONAL STRATEGIES OF THE SUPREME COUNCIL. VMAP (VALLEY MEMBERSHIP ACHIEVEMENT PROJECT) IS INTENDED TO HELP EACH VALLEY CARRY OUT ITS SERVICE TO THE SCOTTISH RITE. THERE ARE ALSO VARIOUS MEMBERSHIP COMMITTEES ORGANIZED TO PERFORM WORKSHOPS, ORGANIZE FRATERNAL FUNCTIONS, SUPPORT THE WSB CLUB, ENCOURAGE PARTICIPATION IN DEMOLAY AND YOUTH PROGRAMS, AND PROVIDE OTHER SPECIFIC VALLEY INCENTIVES. THE VISION IS TO BE A ROBUST FRATERNAL ORGANIZATION WITH A STABLE MEMBERSHIP; FINANCIALLY SECURE IN ALL DOMAINS; AND RECOGNIZED, RESPECTED, AND VALUED BY ITS MEMBERS, THE MASONIC WORLD, AND THE PUBLIC AT LARGE.
