THE GRAND CHAPTER IS A CENTRALLY LOCATED OFFICE FOR ALL THE CHAPTERS OF THE ORDER OF THE EASTERN STAR LOCATED IN NEBRASKA. THE GRAND CHAPTER RECEIVES ASSESSMENTS, DONATIONS, AND DUES, AS WELL AS ACTS AS A FIDUCIARY IN INVESTING AND EXPENDING FUNDS AS DIRECTED BY CHAPTER REPRESENTATIVES.
