TO TRAIN DOGS EITHER FROM SHELTERS OR LOCAL REPUTABLE BREEDERS THAT WOULD MAKE GOOD SERVICE DOGS FOR A PERSON WITH DISABILITY INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: AUTISM, MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS, SEIZURES DISORDERS, PTSD, MOBILITY DISORDERS. TO CONDUCT RESEARCH TO DETERMINE THE IMPACT OF HUMAN-ANIMAL INTERACTION AND DEVELOP EVIDENCE-BASED INTERVENTIONS TO IMPROVE THEIR LIFE AND PRODUCTIVITY.


WHILE EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMALS OR COMFORT ANIMALS ARE OFTEN USED AS PART OF A MEDICAL TREATMENT PLAN AS THERAPY ANIMALS, THEY ARE NOT CONSIDERED SERVICE ANIMALS UNDER THE ADA. THESE SUPPORT ANIMALS PROVIDE COMPANIONSHIP, RELIEVE LONELINESS, AND SOMETIMES HELP WITH DEPRESSION, ANXIETY, AND CERTAIN PHOBIAS, BUT DO NOT HAVE SPECIAL TRAINING TO PERFORM TASKS THAT ASSIST PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES.


THERAPY DOG TRAINING: TO PROVIDE TRAINING SKILLS FOR BOTH THE HUMAN AND THE DOG IN ORDER TO PREPARE THEM FOR VISITING PEOPLE IN A SITUATION PROVIDING EDUCATIONAL, THERAPEUTIC, RECREATIONAL AND /OR SPECIFIC THERAPY. TO DESIGN AND ORGANIZE THERAPEUTIC PROGRAMS IN FACILITIES WHERE THERAPY DOGS ARE REQUESTED, AS WELL AS TO PROVIDE ONGOING SUPPORT TO VISITING THERAPY DOGS AND THEIR HANDLERS. THIS INCLUDES CONTINUING TRAINING TO SUSTAIN THE HANDLER-DOG RELATIONSHIP AND LEARNING NEW SKILLS FOR SPECIFIC GOALS WITHIN EACH PROGRAM. THIS PACKAGE INCLUDES BEGINNER, INTERMEDIATE, AND ADVANCE COMMANDS. C.G.C. CERTIFICATION, THERAPY DOG CERTIFICATION, SOCIALIZATION WHILE IN TRAINING, LIFETIME MEMBERSHIP.


SERVICE DOG TRAINING - TO PROVIDE HIGH QUALITY SERVICE DOG TRAINING FOR CHILDREN AND ADULTS WITH PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DISABILITIES OR OTHER SPECIAL NEEDS. TO PROVIDE PSYCHOLOGICAL THERAPY TO INDIVIDUALS IN NEED IN OUR COMMUNITY THROUGH OUR THERAPY DOG PROGRAM. TO TRAIN EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMALS TO THOSE WHO NEED COMFORT OR RELIEF WHILE IN THEIR HOME OR TRAVELING.
