OUR MISSION IS FOUNDATIONAL SUPPORT FOR EDUCATORS TO PROVIDE OUTSTANDING EDUCATION FOR CHILDREN. OUR GOAL IS TO HAVE EXCEPTIONAL EDUCATORS IN EVERY CLASSROOM. DUE TO NON TRADITIONAL CERTIFICATION METHODS, RECORD NUMBERS OF TEACHERS LEAVING THE PROFESSION, AND DECLINES IN TEACHERS WITH EXPERIENCE, THE EDUCATION FIELD HAS MANY NOVICE, INEXPERIENCED TEACHERS. WE ARE WORKING TO ACCELERATE THE LEARNING OF NOVICE TEACHERS SO ALL CHILDREN HAVE EXCEPTIONAL TEACHERS. WE SUPPORT TEACHERS DIRECTLY IN THE CLASSROOM WITH THE FOUNDATIONS OF TEACHING: CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT, LESSON PLANNING, LESSON DELIVERY.

TEACHER/ ADMINISTRATOR SUPPORT SERVICES: OUR TEACHER AND ADVISOR PARTNERSHIPS CONSIST OF PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT THROUGH STRATEGIC COACHING. OUR ADVISORS PARTNER WITH TEACHERS AND ADMINISTRATORS TO CRAFT TEACHER AND STUDENT ACHIEVEMENT GOALS, TAILORED TO TEACHER AND STUDENT NEEDS. WE WORK WITH INDIVIDUALS OR TEAMS OF TEACHERS IN A CYCLE OF LESSON PLANNING, LESSON DELIVERY WITH COACHING, AND DEBRIEFING WITH ACTIONABLE FEEDBACK. WE SUPPORT ALL TIERS OF TEACHERS, FROM TEACHERS NEW TO THE PROFESSION TO TEACHERS WHO ARE ON THE PATH TO EXEMPLARY TEACHING. OUR SERVICES CAN BE INTENSIVE, WITH COACHING FOR UP TO 20 HOURS PER WEEK OR SPACED OUT WITH CONSISTENT SUPPORT THROUGHOUT THE SCHOOL YEAR.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT: WE PROVIDE TEACHER, COACH, AND ADMINISTRATOR PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT. WE TAILOR SESSIONS TO SCHOOL, DISTRICT, AND TEACHER NEEDS. OUR EXPERIENCED STAFF PROVIDES INTERACTIVE SESSIONS TO ENGAGE AND IGNITE STAFF.
TEACHER CERTIFICATION: THE EXEMPLARY EDUCATORS TEACHER CERTIFICATION PROGRAM IS SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED FOR TEACHERS SEEKING CERTIFICATION WHILE TEACHING. OUR ALTERNATIVE PREPARATION PROGRAM PREPARES AND SUPPORTS TEACHER CANDIDATES THROUGHOUT THEIR CERTIFICATION JOURNEY. OUR INSTRUCTORS PROVIDE WEEKLY ONE-ON-ONE COACHING AND SUPPORT EACH WEEK, GIVING CANDIDATES THE COMPETENCE AND CONFIDENCE TO BECOME EXEMPLARY EDUCATORS.
