THE MSK EXPERIENCE IS A NONPROFIT 501(C)3 ORGANIZATION DEDICATED TO EMPOWERING, MOTIVATING AND EDUCATING MIDDLE AND HIGH SCHOOL GIRLS AND YOUNG WOMEN IN WAYS THAT ENCOURAGE THEM TO LIVE THEIR BEST LIVES REGARDLESS OF THEIR SOCIO-ECONOMIC STATUS OR BACKGROUND. OUR GOAL IS TO DISMANTLE THE MISGUIDED NOTIONS CREATED BY A SOCIETY THAT TEARS DOWN, DIVIDES AND DISCOURAGES AND CHALLENGES GIRLS AND YOUNG WOMEN TO CHANGE THE NARRATIVE BY CREATING A COMMUNITY THAT IS TRULY STRONGER TOGETHER. THE UNIQUE IDEA BEHIND THE MSK EXPERIENCE IS THAT WE ARE ONE FEMALE-FOCUSED ORGANIZATION DEDICATED TO SERVING THE NEEDS OF TWO DISTINCT POPULATIONS; MIDDLE AND HIGH SCHOOL GIRLS. WE LAUNCHED MANY VIRTUAL EVENTS FOR WOMEN AND GIRLS INCLUDING GAMES NIGHTS WERE WE PROVIDED FOOD GIFT CARDS TO GIRLS IN NEED. WE ALSO PROVIDED LAPTOPS FOR STUDENTS WHO COULD NOT AFFORD THEM TO COMPLETE THEIR VIRTUAL SCHOOLING. WE ALSO PORCH DELIVERED 15 GRADUATION GIFTS TO OUR GRADUATING SENIORS. WE DID NOT EXPAND OUR PROGRAMMING IN 2020 DUE TO THE PANDEMIC.
