SUMMIT: OUR ANNUAL SUMMIT BRINGS TOGETHER A DIVERSE GROUP OF MEMBER RETAILERS, MANUFACTURERS, CERTIFICATION BODIES, INDUSTRY TRADE GROUPS AND OTHER STAKEHOLDERS, FOR KNOWLEDGE SHARING AND LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES. THIS YEAR OUR EVENT WAS VIRTUAL OVER TWO AFTERNOONS IN NOVEMBER.
AUDITOR TRAINING: AS A FUNDAMENTAL COMPONENT OF OUR OVERSIGHT WE HAVE DEVELOPED A TWO PRONGED TRAINING PROGRAM PROVIDING AN OVERVIEW OF OUR PROGRAM AND THE CORRESPONDING STANDARDS. ADDITIONALLY, WE HAVE CREATED AN ANNUAL AUDITOR TRAINING/CALIBRATION PROGRAM BY UTILIZING KNOWLEDGE OF OUR MEMBERS AND OUTSIDE CONSULTANT SERVICES, FOR QUALIFIED AUDITORS AND REVIEWERS.
CB OVERSIGHT /INTEGRITY: IN ORDER TO ENSURE A CONSISTANT PLAYING FIELD FOR PARTICIPATING CERTIFICATION BODIES THE GRMA NEEDS TO PROVIDE A SYSTEM THAT CAN MONITOR AUDITOR AND CERTIFICATION BODY PERFORMANCE, SUPPORT FAIRNESS, TRANSPARENCY AND PROGRAM INTEGRITY.
