THE PURPOSE FOR WHICH THIS ORGANIZATION IS FORMED ARE TO OPERATE EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES WITHIN THE MEANING OF SECTION 501 C 3 OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE. THE FOUNDATION WILL ENCOURAGE AND IMPLEMENT THE PRESERVATION AND REHABILITATION OF CULTURAL HISTORICAL AND NON-HISTORICAL PROPERTIES LOCATED WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF THE DEFINED NEIGHBORHOOD. THE PURPOSES FOR WHICH THE ORGANIZATION IS FORMED ARE TO OPERATE EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES WITHIN THE MEANING OF SECTION 501 C 3 OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE.
