FUNDS ARE USED FOR WEATHERIZATION PROJECTS FOR LOW-INCOME RENTERS AND HOMEOWNERS. PROVIDED TRAINING IN THESE AREAS BY CONDUCTING AND PLANNING CONFERENCES WITH CONTRACTORS. SUB CONTRACTED WITH APPROXIMATELY 51 DIFFERENT GOVERNMENTS AND NONPROFIT AGENCIES FOR BILL PAYMENT ASSISTANCE, WEATHERIZATION SERVICES AND ENERGY EFFICIENCY, AND HOUSING SERVICES TO OVER 300,000 HOUSEHOLDS STATEWIDE ANNUALLY.
