DESIGNING, IMPLEMENTING AND MAINTAINING THIS NEW SOURCE OF CAPITAL FOR CHARTER SCHOOL FACILITIES WILL ULTIMATELY LEAD TO IMPROVED PUBLIC EDUCATION FOR CHILDREN.
