THIS NON-PROFIT CORPORATION IS ORGANIZED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES, INCLUDING, TO PROVIDE NEW AND GENTLY USED HOUSEHOLD GOODS TO PEOPLE IN NEED FREE OF CHARGE; TO MAINTAIN A HOME GOODS BANK THAT CURRENTLY SERVES CLIENTS OF 50 HEALTH & WELFARE AGENCIES; TO SERVE INDIVIDUALS MOVING FROM SHELTER PROGRAMS TO PERMANENT HOUSING; TO SERVE PEOPLE DISPLACED BY DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, DISPLACED BY FIRE AND OTHER DISASTERS AND INDVIDUALS RE-ENTERING THE COMMUNITY FROM CORRECTIONS.
