WE THRIVE TO CREATE ENVIRONMENTS THAT ARE TRAUMA-SENSITIVE PROVIDING A SAFER SPACE FOR PARTICIPANTS TO ENGAGE IN YOGA AND MINDFULNESS PRACTICES. OUR APPROACH IS TRAUMA-SENSITIVE WHICH MEANS WE CONSIDER DETAILS SUCH AS THE ENVIRONMENT, LANGUAGE AND HISTORICAL CONTEXT TO BEST ACCOMMODATE OUR STUDENTS. OUR ENDEAVOR IS TO REACH STUDENTS WHO TYPICALLY HAVE LIMITED ACCESS BY PROVIDING SERVICES FROM AFFORDABLE TO ZERO COST PROGRAMMING THROUGHOUT THE DENVER METRO. THE PURPOSE OF GUIDED BY HUMANITY IS TO CREATE EQUITABLE AND COMPASSIONATE YOGA AND MINDFULNESS OPPORTUNITIES WITHIN THE COMMUNITY.
