THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDED LEADERSHIP TRAINING TO 42 PARTICIPANTS WHO GRADUATED FROM THE 2021-22 FLAGSHIP CLASS. THE TRAINING CONSISTED OF 6 SESSIONS OF 2 1/2 DAYS EACH HELD IN 6 DIFFERENT CITIES IN SOUTH DAKOTA. EACH SESSION CONSISTED OF TOURS AND VISITS OF ORGANIZATIONS, BUSINESSES AND INDUSTRIES IN THE REGION, MEETINGS WITH EXTRAORDINARY PEOPLE AND LOCAL AND STATE LEADERS AND SESSIONS ON LEADERSHIP AND ORGANIZATIONAL MANAGEMENT
