IN THE ACHIEVEMENT OF ITS MISSION, THE ORGANIZATION'S PROGRAM ACTIVITIES INCLUDE COMMUNITY OUTREACH THROUGH EDUCATION AWARENESS CAMPAIGNS AT COMMUNITY EVENTS, A DOLPHIN COUNT THAT BRINGS TOGETHER THE PUBLIC AND MARINE MAMMAL SCIENTISTS TO OBSERVE AND COUNT RESIDENT DOLPHINS IN THE AREA, AND THE KIAWAH & SEABROOK DOPHIN EDUCATION PROGRAM THAT IS AN EDUCATION PROGRAM PROVIDED IN AN EFFORT TO REDUCE THE PUBLIC'S DISTURBANCE OF DOLPHINS DURING THEIR PERIODS OF "STRAND FEEDING."
