ECPAC ACCOMPLISHES ITS MISSION BY BOTH SUPPORTING COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS SERVING CHILDREN AND FAMILIES, EARLY CARE AND EDUCATION (ECE) PROGRAMS, AS WELL AS DIRECTLY SUPPORTING FAMILIES. ECPAC SUPPORTS COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS THROUGH PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND COMMUNITY STRATEGIC PLANNING AND IMPLEMENTATION. ECPAC SUPPORTS ECE PROGRAMS THROUGH COACHING TOWARDS QUALITY, PROVISION OF LEARNING MATERIALS, AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT.
