ECPAC SUPPORTS COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS THROUGH PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND COMMUNITY STRATEGIC PLANNING AND IMPLEMENTATION. ECPAC SUPPORTS ECE PROGRAMS THROUGH COACHING TOWARDS QUALITY, PROVISION OF LEARNING MATERIALS, AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT.
