MENTORSHIP - FACILITATED 4 MENTORSHIP PROGRAMS AND MENTORED 235 INDIVIDUALS THROUGH A 6-MONTH PROGRAM. STUDY GROUPS - FACILITATED 5 STUDY GROUP COHORTS WITH A TOTAL OF 63 PARTICIPANTS IN WHICH INDIVIDUALS LEARNED MACHINE LEARNING, DATA VISUALIZATION, PYTHON, AND DATA ENGINEERING SKILLS. COACHING - PROVIDED 40 INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP COACHING SESSIONS TO HELP PARTICIPANTS NAVIGATE THEIR CAREER. RESIDENCY - HOSTED 5 RESIDENCY PROGRAMS, WITH A TOTAL OF 50 PARTICIPANTS. PARTICIPANTS WERE TAKEN THROUGH AN EIGHT-WEEK HANDS-ON DATA SCIENCE PROJECT AND MANY RECEIVED THEIR FIRST JOB IN A DATA CAREER AFTER COMPLETING THE PROGRAM.
