THE ORGANIZATION IS A FEDERALLY QUALIFIED HEALTH CENTER AS DESIGNATED BY THE FEDERAL HEALTH RESOURCE SERVICES ADMINISTRATION (HRSA), AND RECEIVES VARIOUS GRANTS, CONTRACTS, AND DONATIONS FROM PRIVATE AND GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES IN ORDER TO OPERATE COMMUNITY HEALTH CLINICS THAT PROVIDE HEALTH SERVICES IN GLENDALE, CALIFORNIA, AND SURROUNDING COMMUNITIES. THE ORGANIZATION RECEIVES APPROXIMATELY 200,000 PATIENT VISITS PER YEAR.THE ORGANIZATION OPERATES FIFTEEN LOCATIONS. THE ORGANIZATION MAINTAINS ELEVEN PRIMARY CAR CLINICS IN CALIFORNIA: IN GLENDALE, BURBANK, SUNLAND, SAN LUIS OBISPO, TEMPLETON, AND NORTH HOLLYWOOD; AND ONE PRIMARY CARE CLINIC IN LAS VEGAS, NEVADA.
