TNVC IS COMMITTED TO THE GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT OF OUR MEMBERS, NOT ONLY AS ATHLETES BUT ALSO AS STRONG STUDENTS AND PRODUCTIVE CITIZENS IN OUR COMMUNITIES. WE SEE IT AS OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CREATE A POSITIVE LEARNING ENVIRONMENT THAT WILL PUSH OUR ATHLETES TO GO FAR BEYOND WHERE OR WHAT EACH COULD ACCOMPLISH ON THEIR OWN. WE WILL GIVE EACH ATHLETE A SAFE A POSITIVE PLACE FOR THEM TO LEARN ON THEIR OWN ABOUT DEALING WITH DEFEAT, CONFLICT RESOLUTION, LEADERSHIP, AND BECOMING A POSITIVE ROLE MODEL.

TNVC'S OBJECTIVES INCLUDE FOSTERING AWARENESS AND GROWTH OF YOUTH AND JUNIOR VOLLEYBALL AS A FORM OF BOTH RECREATIONAL AND COMPETITIVE SPORT, DEVELOPING YOUTH ATHLETES, AND FOSTERING SPORTSMANSHIP AND CHARACTER BUILDING THROUGH TEAM SPORT FOR YOUTH ATHLETICS IN THE GREATER TAMPA BAY AREA; COACHING AND SUPERVISING VOLLEYBALL PROGRAMS IN THE GREATER TAMPA BAY AREA UNDER THE PROPER RULES AND REGULATIONS OF VOLLEYBALL; CREATING AND SUPERVISING OPPORTUNITIES FOR YOUTH ATHLETES TO PARTICIPATE IN CLINICS, LEAGUES, TOURNAMENTS, AND OTHER COMPETITIVE EVENTS; COLLECTING AND RAISING FUNDS TO FURTHER TNVC'S OBJECTIVES.
