SUPPORT WAS USED TO PAY FOR LICENSING FEES FOR A PROPRIETARY SURVEY-THE MASLACH BURNOUT INVENTORY (MBI). THE MBI APPEARED ON A SURVEY TO 8,000 EM RESIDENTS. RESULTS FROM THE STUDY WERE PUBLISHED IN 2020 IN THE JOURNAL ACADEMIC EMERGENCY MEDICINE EDUCATION AND TRAINING. VANYO LZ, GOYAL DG, RS, SORGE RM, NELSON LS, BEESON MS, JOLDERSMA KB, PAI J, REISDORFF EJ. EMERGENCY MEDICINE RESIDENT BURNOUT AND EXAMINATION PERFORMANCE. AEM EDUC TRAIN 2020 7 SEPT. A SIMILAR SURVEY WAS SUPPORTED THROUGH FOUNDATION FUNDS THAT APPEARED ON THE 2020 ABEM IN-TRAINING EXAMINATION SURVEY THAT EXAMINED THE PREVALENCE OF HARASSMENT AND BURNOUT AMONG EM RESIDENTS. THE SURVEY WAS ADMINISTERED TO 8,000 RESIDENTS.
