EXERCISE OVERSIGHT OVER THESE NONPROFITS TO ENSURE THEY ARE IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL LEGAL REQUIREMENTS APPLICABLE TO THEIR BUSINESS OPERATIONS AND PROMOTE SOCIAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP AMONG ALL NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS.
