REACH IS FOCUSED ON CREATING SUSTAINABLE, LARGE-SCALE IMPROVEMENTS IN THE DELIVERY OF CARE AND IN THE HEALTH JOURNEY OF ALL PEOPLE. OUR VISION IS TO FOSTER STRONG, HEALTHY, VIBRANT COMMUNITIES BY ADDRESSING THE NEEDS OF INDIVIDUALS AND PUBLIC HEALTH PROFESSIONALS. WE PROVIDE PERSONALIZED PROGRAMS, EDUCATION, GUIDANCE, COACHING, AND ADVOCACY, ADDRESSING PHYSICAL, MENTAL, EMOTIONAL, HOLISTIC, SOCIAL, AND ECONOMIC ASPECTS OF MATERNAL CARE FROM PRECONCEPTION TO 12 MONTHS POSTPARTUM. ALONGSIDE ONE ON ONE AND GROUP SUPPORT SERVICES, OUR DIGITAL PLATFORM EXTENDS ACCESS TO COACHES, SPECIALISTS, COMMUNITY RESOURCES, PEER GROUPS, AND A VARIETY OF LIVE AND PRE-RECORDED PROGRAMS. IT ALSO FEATURES PRODUCTS AND SERVICES AT SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCED COSTS, ENSURING EVERY WOMAN RECEIVES THE SUPPORT SHE NEEDS AT EVERY STAGE OF HER JOURNEY. RESILIENCE HEALHTCARE: RESILIENCE HEALTHCARE IS A DIGITAL BASED COMMUNITY DESIGNED FOR THE UNIQUE JOURNEY OF THE HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONAL. WE CONNECT PROVIDERS TO RESOURCES, TOOLS, AND COMMUNITIES THAT ARE RELEVANT, SUPPORTIVE, RELATABLE, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, COMPLETELY CONFIDENTIAL.
