THE INDIANA VALLEY PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT CORPORATION ("IVPIC") IS A SUPPORTING ORGANIZATION OF THE INDIANA VALLEY METROPOLITAN DISTRICT ("IVMD"), WHICH IS A UNIT OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT OPERATING UNDER COLORADO LAW. IVPIC WILL BE A SUPPORTING ORGANIZATION OF IVMD AND IS AUTHORIZED TO ACCEPT PIF REVENUE THAT IS COLLECTED WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF IVMD. IVPIC WILL BE A SUPPORTING ORGANIZATION OF IVMD, AND THEREFORE WILL BE AUTHORIZED TO ISSUE TAX-EXEMPT BONDS AND PLEDGE PIF REVENUE AS REPAYMENT FOR THOSE BONDS. IVPIC WILL BE REQUIRED TO USE THE PIF REVENUE AND BOND PROCEEDS ON PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND SERVICES AUTHORIZED UNDER IVMD'S SERVICE PLAN.
