AFRICAN COMMUNITY AND CONSERVATION PROJECT - EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2020, THE ORGANIZATION TRANSFERRED SIGNIFICANT OPERATING ASSETS, LIABILITIES, AND OBLIGATIONS TO EXPEND NET ASSETS TO THE AFRICAN COMMUNITY AND CONSERVATION FOUNDATION. THE AFRICAN COMMUNITY AND CONSERVATION FOUNDATION, INC. IS A NEWLY FORMED 501(C)3 THAT WILL CONTINUE THE AFRICAN COMMUNITY AND CONSERVATION PROGRAM PREVIOUSLY MANAGED BY FRIENDS OF PEACE PARKS.
