THE FOUNDATION INVESTS IN THE COMMUNITY BY HELPING NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS THAT FOCUS ON AFFORDABLE/ADEQUATE HOUSING AND FEEDING THE HUNGRY.

CAN TREE SCHOLARSHIP GOLF TOURNAMENT & BANQUET - 90 ATTENDEES. PURPOSE WAS TO RAISE FUNDS FOR COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIPS TO LOCAL SOUTH COUNTY YOUTH. SCHOLARSHIP GRANTS WERE GIVEN OUT TO 27 LOCAL YOUTH.


SMALLER FUNDRAISER PROFITS GRANTED OUT IE HOMELESS CHALLENGE AND PUMPKIN EVENT. GENERAL CONTRIBUTIONS AND GRANTS GIVEN OUT TO MULTIPLE CHARITIES AS APPROVED BY THE GRANT COMMITTEE.


FOUNDATION GOLF TOURNAMENT - GOLF TOURNAMENT & BANQUET - 120 ATTENDEES. PURPOSE WAS TO RAISE FUNDS FOR THE FOUNDATION GENERAL FUND TO COMPLETE IT'S MISSION: TO BRING ORGANIZED REAL ESTATE TOGETHER BY INVESTING IN OUR NEIGHBORHOODS WITH CAMPASSION, FORESIGHT AND ACTION. TO UNITE REALTORS INTO MAKING A DIFFERENCE BY HELPING FAMILIES, REVITALIZING OUR COMMUNITIES AND ASSISTING IN DISASTER RELIEF. GRANTS GIVEN OUT TO 16 CHARITIES IN 2022.


DOWN PAYMENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM. PURPOSE WAS TO RAISE FUNDS FOR THE DOWN PAYMENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM TO HELP FIRST TIME HOME BUYERS IN THE AREA. GRANTS WERE GIVEN OUT TO 3 APPROVED FIRST TIME HOME BUYERS. GRANT WAS RECEIVED BY SCCAOR FROM C.A.R. HAF IN 2021 THEN PASSED ON TO THE FOUNDATION IN 2022 ONCE THEY FOUND AN ADMINISTRATOR OF THE PLAN.
