A SEED GRANT PROGRAM TO HELP INCREASE THE NUMBER OF BUSINESS -LED COALITIONS WORKING WITH PUBLIC HEALTH AND OTHER STAKEHOLDERS WITH THE GOAL TO IMPROVE THE HEALTH OF THE POPULATION IN THEIR COMMUNITIES. THE SEED GRANT PROGRAM WAS DESIGNED TO PROVIDE SUPPORT TO COMMUNITY COLLABORATIONS AND PARTNERSHIPS TAKING ACTIONS TO IMPROVE HEALTH STATUS.
