OUR 2021 ANNUAL MEETING HELD IN SAN ANTONIO TX ON 03/10-11TH WAS ATTENDED BY 272 RAIL SHIPPERS, RAILROAD EMPLOYEES, RAIL VENDORS, 3RD PARTY COMPANIES AND OTHERS. THE THEME OF THE MEETING WAS ON TRACK TO RECOVERY. WE HAD 56 NEW ATTENDEES AT THE SAN ANTONIO CONFERENCE. OUR GEORGE J ELKING SCHOLARSHIP GOLF OUTING WAS ATTENDED BY 183 GOLFERS. PROCEEDS FROM THE OUTING WERE 12,212 AND USED TO SUPPORT OUR 2021 SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM


OUR 2021 SEMI ANNUAL MEETING WHICH WAS HELD IN FT WORTH TX ON SEPT 29-30TH WAS ATTENDED BY 598 REGISTRANTS. THE CONFERENCE WAS ATTENDED BY RAIL SHIPPERS, RAILROAD EMPLOYEES, RAIL VENDORS, 3RD PARTY COMPANIES AND OTHERS. THE THEME OF THE CONFERENCE WAS REINVENTING NORMAL. WE ALSO CONDUCTED AN EDUCATIONAL COURSE ENTITLED RK101 - INTRODUCTION TO RAILROAD OPERATIONS WITH 60 IN ATTENDANCE. WE HAD 172 NEW ATTENDEES AT THIS CONFERENCE. OUR GEORGE J ELKING SR GOLF OUTING WAS ATTENDED BY 215 GOLFERS. PROCEEDS FROM THE GOLF OUTING OF 38603 WILL BE USED TO SUPPORT THE 2022 SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM


OUR 2021 GEORGE J ELKING SR SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM AWARDED A TOTAL OF 61000 TO 31 STUDENTS. NET PROCEEDS FROM THE 2020 FALL GOLF OUTING - 17,244 AND OUR 2021 SPRING GOLF OUTING - 12,212, WERE USED AS A BASIS FOR OUR SCHOLARSHIP AWARDS.
