THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON A COOPERATIVE BASIS, WITH ALL NET EARNINGS ALLOCATED OR PAID TO THE HOSPITALS ON THE BASIS OF SERVICES PERFORMED FOR THEM WITHIN 8 1/2 MONTHS AFTER THE CLOSE OF THE TAXABLE YEAR.
