PROPERTY MANAGEMENT: PROVIDED PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR THE VARIOUS AFFORDABLE RESIDENTIAL RENTAL PROPERTIES IN DAHC'S PORTFOLIO. THESE UNITS ARE LEASED PRIMARILY TO VERY LOW INCOME SPECIAL NEEDS TENANTS INCLUDING PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES AND HOMELESS FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN. SUPPORTIVE SERVICES FOR THESE TENANTS ARE ARRANGED THROUGH VARIOUS NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS.
