IN PARTNERSHIP WITH THE CITY OF MIDLAND, THE ORGANIZATION REVITALIZES "TARGET AREAS" DESIGNATED AS DISTRESSED BY DEVELOPING HOME COMMUNITIES FOR THESE QUALIFIED LOW INCOME FAMILIES.
