ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES WHICH INCLUDE PROMOTING EXISTING BUSINESSES AND MARKETING TO PROSPECTIVE BUSINESSES FOR THE OVERALL ECONOMIC BENEFIT OF THE SERVICE AREA.


THE CHAMBER CONDUCTS GENERAL MEMBERSHIP LUNCHEONS AND WOMEN'S BUSINESS FORUM LUNCHEONS WITH SPEAKERS ADDRESSING TOPICS OF COMMUNITY AND BUSINESS INTEREST, INCLUDING LEGISLATIVE UPDATES AND OTHER LOCAL INTEREST UPDATES. IN 2021, APPROXIMATELY 554 ATTENDED THESE EVENTS WHICH WERE HOSTED BOTH VIRTUALLY AND IN PERSON.


THE ANNUAL BANQUET PROVIDES THE OPPORTUNITY FOR CHAMBER MEMBERS TO NETWORK, REVIEW THE ACCOMPLISHMENTS OF THE CHAMBER, AND TO PRESENT CHAMBER AND COMMUNITY AWARDS TO MEMBERS. ADDITIONAL NETWORKING MEETINGS ARE CONDUCTED DURING THE YEAR IN VARIOUS FORMATS SUCH AS METROCREST CONNECTS, AND BUSINESS SKILLS DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOPS.
