THE AOCC PROVIDES CONTRACTED SECURITY PATROL SERVICES FOR THE NEIGHBORHOOD AND COMMON AREAS AS WELL AS OTHER CONTRACT SERVICES FOR THE SAME PURPOSE
THE AOCC PROVIDES CONTRACTED PRIVATE GARBAGE COLLECTIONS SERVICE TWICE WEEKLY AND RECYCLING COLLECTION SERVICE ONCE A WEEK TO HOMEOWNERS. THE AOCC MAINTAINS A SOLID WASTE SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF HOUSTON TO PROVIDE PRIVATE SERVICES. ALSO OTHER UTILITIES, SUCH AS ELECTRICITY ARE INCLUDED.
THE AOCC MAINTAINS THE COMMON AREAS INCLUDING LANDSCAPING, IRRIGATION AND NEEDED REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE. THE AOCC ALSO ENFORCES THE DEED RESTRICTIONS OF THE AFTON OAKS NEIGHBORHOOD. DEED RESTRICTIONS HAVE BEEN INTEGRAL TO AFTON OAKS SINCE ITS DEVELOPMENT IN THE 1950S. THESE RESTRICTIONS PROVIDE THE BASIS FOR MAINTAINING AFTON OAKS AS A PLEASANT RESIDENTIAL, SINGLE-FAMILY HOME COMMUNITY
