THE BUSINESS ETHICS ALLIANCE IS A COLLABORATION OF ORGANIZATIONS THAT LEAD IN DEVELOPING AWARENESS, UNDERSTANDING, TRAINING, AND MEASURES NECESSARY TO ENGAGE ORGANIZATIONAL COMPLIANCE, ETHICAL PRACTICES, AND AN ETHICAL CLIMATE THROUGHOUT THE BUSINESS COMMUNITY.

THE ALLIANCE PROVIDES ROBUST, ENGAGING, AND INSIGHTFUL COMPLIMENTARY PROGRAMS THAT ARE ATTENDED BY ALL LEVELS OF THE GREATER OMAHA BUSINESS COMMUNITY. OUR SIGNATURE PROGRAMS DISCUSS ETHICAL ISSUES THAT IMPACT BUSINESSES AT ALL LEVELS. OUR PROGRAMS CHALLENGE AND ENCOURAGE GUESTS TO OPENLY DISCUSS ISSUES AND UNDERSTAND INDUSTRY BEST PRACTICES AND SOLUTIONS. PROGRAMS OFTEN INCLUDE KEYNOTE PRESENTATIONS BY LOCAL OR NATIONAL BUSINESS LEADERS, PANEL DISCUSSIONS, GROUP EXERCISES, AND ROUNDTABLE CONVERSATIONS. THE ALLIANCE ALSO FEATURES SPECIALTY PROGRAMMING DEVELOPED TO REACH ETHICS AND COMPLIANCE OFFICERS, YOUNG PROFESSIONALS, AND K-12 STUDENTS. OUR VP ETHICS EXCHANGE ENGAGES EXECUTIVES AT THE LARGEST OMAHA FIRMS WHO ARE IN CHARGE OF ETHICS AND COMPLIANCE INITIATIVES IN ORDER TO SHARE BEST PRACTICES. OUR PROGRAMMING TARGETED TO YOUNG PROFESSIONALS PROVIDES A FORUM FOR YOUNG LEADERS TO REFINE THEIR VALUES AND GIVE THEM OPPORTUNITIES TO LEARN FROM AND OFFER INSIGHT TO THEIR MENTORS, BUSINESS LEADERS, AND PEERS. OUR K-12 PROGRAMMING PROVIDES MULTIPLE LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES FOR OUR CITY'S YOUTH, BUILDING A LIFE-LONG GRASP AND WORKING UNDERSTANDING OF ETHICS.
