WEATHERIZATION PROGRAM (AEP) AN ENERGY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM FOR SINGLE FAMILY HOMES AND PUBLIC HOUSING (APARTMENTS). THE HOMES AND APARTMENTS ARE MADE ENERGY EFFICIENT BY REPLACING INSULATION AND PROVIDING CENTRAL AIR/CENTRAL HEAT UNITS AND REFRIGERATORS. PROVIDE SERVICE TO 56 APARTMENTS.


HOUSING PROGRAM-CONSTRUCTION OF NEW AFFORDABLE HOFOR INCOME QUALIFIED (LOW TO MODERATE INCOME) FAMILYIES. MONEY FOR CONSTRUCTION CAME FROM A PARTNERSHIP WITH TEXAS STATE AFFORDABLE HOUSING IN FORMS OF LOANS WHICH WERE REPARD UPON SALE OF HOMES. COMPLETED 6 HOMES AND SOLD 6.
