VVHS EXISTS TO HUMANELY PROTECT ALL COMPANION ANIMALS IN OUR COMMUNITY, AS WELL AS THE PEOPLE WHO CARE FOR THEM AND TO EDUCATE IN ORDER TO ACHIEVE OUR VISION OF A WORLD FREE OF ANIMAL CRUELTY AND NEGLECT.

VERDE VALLEY HUMANE SOCIETY PROVIDES DAILY SHELTER, FOOD CARE FOR APPROXIMATELY 1,493 STRAY AND OWNER SURRENDERED SMALL DOMESTIC ANIMALS INCLUDING ANIMALS IMPOUNDED AND/OR QUARANTINED BY FIVE LOCAL GOVERNMENTAL JURISDICTIONS. APPROXIMATELY 925 ANIMALS WERE PLACED IN LOVING HOMES THROUGH OUR ADOPTION PROGRAM. WE REUNITED 266 PETS WITH THEIR OWNERS. WE ALSO RELEASED 68 ANIMALS TO RESCUE PARTENRS. SPAYED/NUETERED 748 ANIMALS. ALL DOG, CATS AND RABBITS ARE SPAYED OR NEUTERED BEFORE BEING PLACED ON OUR ADOPTION FLOOR. THROUGH OUR AFFORDABLE SPAY/NEUTER MOBILE CLINICS, WERE SPAYED AND NEUTERED 187 PETS FOR THE COMMUNITY.
