ALL LOANS ARE SECOND MORTGAGE LOANS AND ARE BEING GIVEN TO THOSE WHO CANNOT OBTAIN TRADITIONAL FINANCING WITHOUT ASSISTANCE. FORECLOSURE PREVENTION LOAN PROGRAM FOR ASSISTANCE TO HOMEOWNERS WITH CREDIT AND PAYMENT PROBLEMS.
