THE CORPORATION HAS ENTERED INTO AND IS GOVERNED BY A REGULATORY AGREEMENT WITH THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT (HUD). THE PROJECT, THROUGH A HOUSING ASSISTANCE PAYMENTS CONTRACT WITH HUD, PROVIDES A SAFE, ADEQUATE HOUSING FACILITY TO ELIGIBLE TENANTS.
