FACILITATE MEMBERS' SUCCESS, PROFESSIONALISM AND COOPERATION THROUGH STRATEGIC INITIATIVES TO FOCUS TIME AND RESOURCES ON IMPROVING MEMBER SERVICES AND THE FUNCTION OF THE BOARD BY OFFERING MORE TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE AND INVESTING MORE IN EDUCATION. WE CONDUCT AN ONLINE SURVEY TO POLL MEMBERS ON PROBLEMS THEY EXPERIENCE IN ORDER TO IDENTIFY WHAT NEW OR IMPROVED SERVICES ARE NEEDED.
