PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS - BOARD HOLDS MONTHLY WORKSHOPS WHICH MUST BE ATTENDED AT LEAST ONCE DURING THE YEAR BY EACH MEMBER. BOARD HANDLES COMPLAINTS MADE BY THE PUBLIC.
