TO CONDUCT THE ANNUAL CONVENTION AND OTHER MEETINGS INCLUDING SPECIAL SEMINARS DURING THE YEAR FOR THE MEMBERS OF THE ASSOCIATION.
TO ADMINISTER THE PUBLIC EDUCATION PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM, WHICH IS A VOLUNTARY PROGRAM IN WHICH THE ASSOCIATION'S MEMBERS CAN PARTICIPATE. THE PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO GIVE NON-PROFIT AND NON-POLITICAL ORGANIZATIONS, WITH LIMITED FUNDS EARMARKED FOR PUBLIC EDUCATION, STATEWIDE RADIO AND TELEVISION COVERAGE.
TO ENCOURAGE AN INDUSTRY-WIDE COOPERATIVE EFFORT FOR PROVIDING WEATHER-WARNING SERVICES AND THE BROADCASTING OF ATHLETIC, POLITICAL OR OTHER PUBLIC EVENTS.
REPRESENT THE ASSOCIATION MEMBERS BEFORE THE NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF BROADCASTERS, THE CONGRESS OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA AND ANY OTHER GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES DEEMED APPROPRIATE.
