TO PROMOTE A HIGH QUALITY OF LIFE FOR WHITE CENTER RESIDENTS AND STAKEHOLDERS THROUGH THE DEVELOPMENT OF AUTHENTIC LEADERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES AND COMMUNITY BASED NEIGHBORHOOD INITIATIVES.

FAMILY DEVELOPMENT - INCREASE EDUCATION SUPPORT SERVICES AND ACCESS TO KNOWLEDGE-BUILDING, SERVICES, AND LEADERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES THAT WILL ACHIEVE AND SUPPORT RESIDENTS TO ACHIEVE THEIR GOALS. WE CONNECT FAMILIES TO SCHOOLS, COMMUNITIES, RESOURCES, OPPORTUNITIES, AND EACH OTHER.


OTHER PROGRAM SERVICES: DATA & EVALUATION: EXPENSES $56,497.00. COLLECTS AND ANALYZES DATA ACROSS ALL PROGRAM WORK IN ORDER TO DEVELOP REPORTS ON PROGRAM EFFECTIVENESS AND INFORM PROGRAM PLANNING AND THE WHITE CENTER COMMUNITY. WHITE CENTER HUB: EXPENSES $521,636.00. PRE-DEVELOPMENT PLANNING TO CONSTRUCT A COMMUNITY CENTER AND APARTMENTS. THE COMMUNITY CENTER WILL INCLUDE SOCIAL AND HUMAN SERVICES PROVIDERS, AND ADVOCACY ORGANIZATIONS WHO WILL WORK WITHIN THE WHITE CENTER COMMUNITY. THE APARTMENTS WILL SUPPORT THE WHITE CENTER COMMUNITY WITH AFFORDABLE, LOW-INCOME HOUSING.


COMMUNITY BUILDING - INCREASE RESIDENT VOICES BY PROMOTING AND SUPPORTING RESIDENT-LED ACTIVITIES, STRENGTHENING RESIDENT LEADERSHIP, AND CREATING OPPORTUNITIES TO BUILD RELATIONSHIPS THAT RESULT IN A VIBRANT, MULTI-ETHNIC, AND PROUD SENSE OF COMMUNITY.
