COMMUNITY BUILDING & ENGAGEMENT - THE THREE-TIERED APPROACH TO REVITALIZING THE COMMUNITY BY ENGAGING THE COMMUNITY, BUILDING THE COMMUNITY'S CAPACITY TO MAKE CHANGE, AND STABILIZING THE COMMUNITY AS IT EXPERIENCES CHANGES.


HOMEOWNERSHIP PRESERVATION SERVICES - THE PRESERVATION OF HOMEOWNERSHIP THROUGH FORECLOSURE PREVENTION COUNSELING, OWNER-OCCUPIED REPAIR AND/OR REHAB, AND AGING IN PLACE SOLUTIONS FOR OLDER HOMEOWNERS.


REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT/ASSET MANAGEMENT - THE PRODUCTION OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING FOR RENT OR SALE IN ECONOMICALLY DEPRESSED NEIGHBORHOODS WHERE NEW INVESTMENTS ARE CAUSING PROPERTY VALUES TO INCREASE AND BECOME STEADY.
