SUCH PROJECTS ARE REGULATED BY HUD AS TO RENT CHARGES AND OPERATING METHODS.THE PROJECT WAS SOLD TO AN AFFORDABLE HOUSING PARTNERSHIP ON SEPTEMBER 16, 2015.
