CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT, DEVELOPMENT AND OTHER EXPERTISE ENCOURAGING REHABILITATION AND OPERATION OF HOUSING FOR LOW-INCOME HOUSEHOLDS.
THE CORPORATION SERVES AS A LIMITED PARTNER IN 15 LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS WHICH PROVIDE LOW-INCOME HOUSING THROUGHOUT THE BAY AREA. THE CORPORATION ALSO SERVES AS THE SOLE OWNER OF 36 LIMITED LIABLITY COMPANIES, THE MANAGING MEMBER OF THREE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANIES, AND THE MAJORITY OWNER OF FOUR CORPORATIONS WHICH SERVE AS THE GENERAL PARTNER IN LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS WHICH PROVIDE LOW-INCOME HOUSING THROUGHOUT THE BAY AREA.
