WORKFORCE INNOVATION AND OPPORTUNITY ACT - WIOA PROGRAMS PROVIDE YOUTH, ADULTS AND DISLOCATED WORKERS WITH THE INFORMATION, ADVICE, JOB SEARCH ASSISTANCE AND TRAINING THEY NEED TO GET AND KEEP GOOD JOBS AND PROVIDE EMPLOYERS WITH SKILLED WORKERS.


WELFARE TRANSITION - WELFARE TRANSITION PROGRAMS ARE DESIGNED TO EMPHASIZE WORK, SELF SUFFICIENCY, AND PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR WELFARE RECIPIENTS AND TO ENABLE THEM TO MOVE FROM WELFARE TO WORK.


WAGNER-PEYSER PROGRAMS ARE DESIGNED TO IMPROVE THE FUNCTIONING OF THE NATION'S LABOR MARKETS BY BRINGING TOGETHER INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE SEEKING EMPLOYMENT WITH EMPLOYERS WHO ARE SEEKING WORKERS.
