THE ORGANIZATION'S MAIN OBJECTIVE IS TO STOP OR PREVENT CRUELTY, ABUSE OR NEGLECT OF HORSES AND OTHER LIVESTOCK ANIMALS. THE ORGANIZATION ACCOMPLISHES THIS BY INVESTIGATING REPORTS OF ABUSE AND ACTING WHEN NEEDED BY REMOVING THE ANIMALS AND PROVIDING THEM WITH FOOD, SHELTER AND MEDICAL CARE UNTIL THEY CAN BE ADOPTED. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO EDUCATES THE PUBLIC ON WHAT IS ADEQUATE CARE AND HUMANE TREATMENT OF ANY AND ALL ANIMALS.
