LIMITED-ADMISSION HUMANE SOCIETY PROVIDING SERVICES TO OVER 34,000 CATS AND DOGS EACH YEAR.

PEGGY ADAMS ANIMAL RESCUE LEAGUE PROVIDED CARE AND SHELTER FOR 7,410 LOST, INJURED AND HOMELESS DOGS AND CATS IN 2021 AND FOUND FOREVER HOMES FOR 6,639 ANIMALS THROUGH ITS ADOPTION PROGRAM. THE FOSTER PROGRAM PROVIDED TEMPORARY HOMES FOR 2,988 CATS AND DOGS WHO WERE TOO YOUNG OR WHO NEEDED A LITTLE MORE TENDER LOVING CARE BEFORE BEING PLACED FOR ADOPTION. THE LEAGUE'S PET FOOD BANK, PEGGY'S PANTRY, PROVIDED FREE FOOD AND SUPPLIES TO 12,911 ANIMALS WHOSE OWNERS WERE STRUGGLING FINANCIALLY.


PEGGY ADAMS ANIMAL RESCUE LEAGUE PERFORMED 12,681 SPAY/NEUTER SURGERIES IN 2021. OF THESE, 5,249 CATS AND DOGS WERE SPAY/NEUTERED AT NO COST THROUGH GRANT FUNDING. THE LEAGUE'S CLINIC PROVIDED AFFORDABLE VACCINATIONS TO 3,588 CATS AND DOGS.
