TO PROMOTE JUDICIAL FUNCTIONS AND IMPROVE THE PUBLIC IMAGE OF LAW ENFORCEMENT. CLASSES OF MEMBERS OR STOCKHOLDERS- THE ORGANIZATION HAS MEMBERS AND THERE ARE NO STOCKHOLDERS. ELECTION OF MEMBERS AND THEIR RIGHTS. THERE ARE APPROXIMATELY 145 ACTIVE MEMBERS. THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MAKING DECISIONS AND THERE ARE 16 VOTING MEMBERS ON THE BOARD (THERE WAS 1 VACANCY ON THE BOARD 2022-2023 FISCAL YEAR) HOWEVER THE PRESIDENT IS NOT ENTITLED TO A VOTE. ONLY IF A TIE IS REACHED IS THE PRESIDENT ALLOWED TO VOTE. DECISIONS SUBJECT TO APPROVAL OF MEMBERS.
